3. How do I get personalised labels?

Simply leave a note about your theme or upload your design inspiration at checkout under the Personalisation section.
Our design team will send you a proof for approval before printing.

3. How should I store fairy floss?

Fairy floss should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Due to its delicate texture, do not freeze or refrigerate.

4. How long will my fairy floss last?

All our fairy floss is handmade, made to order, and sealed in air-tight, food-safe containers.
When stored correctly and kept unopened, it can stay fresh for several weeks.

6. Do you offer Bulk or Corporate Orders?

We cater for both small and large events, including corporate functions and school events.

7. Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Pick-up is available from Narre Warren South, Victoria (3805).
Select the pick-up option at checkout, and we’ll confirm when your order is ready.

8. Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, we ship Australia-wide.
Both Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout.

9. What happens if there is a delivery delay?

While we dispatch orders on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or couriers.
We always recommend allowing extra time, especially for events.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Debit/Credit card payments, Afterpay, Klarna & Paypal through our website.

At checkout, you can choose either pick-up or delivery.

Please allow extra time for delivery when placing your order, especially if it is for an event. Once your order has been sent, delivery times are handled by the courier and are outside our control. Because of this, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other couriers.

All products are shipped through our preferred carrier Australia Post, but depending on the situation, we may consider using different delivery service.

Fairy floss is a delicate product, so some shrinkage during shipping is normal and expected.

For pickup orders, once your order has been handed to you, it becomes your responsibility. Flossty Treats is not responsible for any damage that happens after pick-up, including damage during transport or storage that does not follow our care instructions.

Flossty Treats specialises in personalised, made-to-order food products. Once work has commenced, orders cannot be changed or cancelled, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. You are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details, quantities, flavours, and event dates provided are correct at the time of ordering.

Design Proofs & Approvals

Where applicable, design proofs may be provided for approval. Once approval is given, Flossty Treats is not responsible for errors in spelling, colours, or design details.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. Payment must be received in full before production begins.

Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch dates are estimates only. Delivery timeframes are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, Flossty Treats is not responsible for courier delays, missed deliveries, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are encouraged to allow sufficient time between dispatch and event dates.

Heat & Food Handling Disclaimer

Some products, including chocolate, may be affected by heat during transit. By placing an order, you acknowledge the risks associated with shipping food products in warm weather. Flossty Treats is not responsible for heat-related damage once orders have been dispatched, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom-made and perishable nature of our products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once production has commenced. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Accuracy of Information

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to screen displays, packaging, or availability.

Prohibited Use

You must not misuse the website, submit false information, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.

As Flossty Treats products are custom-made food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose your flavours, quantities, and personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

If your order has not yet entered production, you may request a cancellation and refund. Once work has commenced — including sticker design, preparation, manufacturing, packaging, or dispatch — cancellations and refunds are no longer available.

We encourage you to contact us before placing your order if you have any questions about our products, flavours, storage, or suitability for your event.

If there is an issue with your order — such as missing items, incorrect items, or a fault — please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to resolve the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.
